Skipping rope is one of the most effective cardio exercises if you know how to jump. Not only does jumping rope help you burn calories, it’s also cheap and you can do it just about anywhere. Participants will be able to learn the fundamentals of jumping rope as they engage in an interactive and high intensity jump rope aerobics class. Additionally, participants will be able to learn cool tricks all while breaking a sweat and burning those stubborn calories. Join us at Chelsea Recreation Center to Jump In!
Each member must have their own lock to enter the building. All personal items must be locked up. Please have your lock out upon entering the building.
