Cross-Training

This program provides members with a high intensity (HIIT) workout in a small group environment. Each workout will focus on improving overall fitness through aerobic, strength, and flexibility training via the fiTabata System,fl a period of active work plus rest, i.e., 20-seconds of work, 10-seconds of rest for a total of 4-minutes, set around 9-work stations.
