A traditional-styled group fitness class that focuses on improving members’ strength, flexibility, leans muscle gain, and endurance capability through the use of kettlebells , traditional free weights and body weight exercises with a few short breaks in-between. The class is geared around the “Tabata
System”; routine of varying sets of exercises that targets a specific body part and / or combination of.
